There were lots of tweets yesterday involving a voicemail rant left at the office of a major polling firm, presumably by someone involved by one of the 2012 presidential candidates.

The firm promptly tweeted the message, which you can listen to here.

This incident highlights two things.

First, if someone leaves you a nasty message, it’s great to have a service like YouMail.  You can make them pay, easily and painlessly.

Second, when leaving a voicemail, you really have to be on your best behavior.  You’re potentially just a few taps away from being publicly embarrassed.

Over time, the more people have services like ours, the more bad behavior will be easily and promptly exposed.   Which makes us feel pretty good.
