How does Call Transfer work?
When you set up Call Transfer, you can give missed callers the option to leave you a voicemail message or speak to an assistant by setting up a secondary phone number to forward your calls to when you can’t answer the phone.
Why is Call Transfer helpful?
If you are running your own small business or are a real estate agent, for example, every call matters. Clients will be more likely to do business with you if their calls are answered – even if it’s not answered by you.
