How to Use Voicemail Archiving

Archiving your voicemails is simple and can be done from all of your devices!

From your iPhone:

  1. Open your YouMail app and select the voicemail you wish to archive
  2. Tap on the second symbol from the left of a file cabinet at the bottom of the screen
  3. Tap on “Save” next to the symbol of a star in a circle

From your Android:

  1. Open your YouMail app and select the voicemail you wish to archive
  2. At the top right of your screen click on the menu button
  3. Tap on “Move to”
  4. Tap on “Save”

From your computer:

  1. Open your web browser and go to YouMail.com
  2. Sign into your account
  3. Go to your Inbox
  4. Select the voicemail you wish to save
  5. Click on “Save” in the right hand side next to the message info
